Willow Academy was created to give our stylists meaningful, hands-on opportunities to continue learning, refine techniques, and build confidence behind the chair while offering guests access to select services at a special Academy rate.

What Is Willow Academy?
Willow Academy is our education-focused program for stylists in training and team members continuing advanced development.
Depending on current education needs, Academy opportunities may include:
- Haircuts
- Color and blonding
- Extensions
- Styling and blowouts
- Treatments
- Technique practice
- Advanced education
- Photography or social media content
Some services may be bookable online, while others are coordinated directly by our team based on the specific look, technique, or training focus we’re working on.
How Willow Academy Appointments Work
Academy appointments are a little different from traditional salon appointments.
Because education is part of the experience, appointments may require additional time for consultation, instruction, guidance, or photography.

Why We Ask About Your Hair
When you join the Willow Academy list, we’ll ask about your current hair, previous color or chemical services, goals, and availability.
That information helps our team determine whether your hair is a safe and realistic fit for a particular Academy opportunity.
For example, a blonding education session may require a certain starting color or hair history, while an extension training opportunity may depend on length, density, or texture.
The more information you share, the easier it is for us to find the right match.
Do I Have to Be Comfortable Being Photographed?
Not always.
Some Academy services may include before-and-after photos, video, or social media content, while others may not involve content at all.
If photography or filming is part of an opportunity, our team will let you know ahead of time.
Can I Book Willow Academy Services Online?
Sometimes.
Select Academy services may be available directly through Willow’s online booking when openings are available. Other opportunities are coordinated privately based on current education needs.
