At Willow, we’re committed to creating a peaceful, professional, and respectful experience—for you and for our team. Please take a moment to review our salon policies before your visit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another guest.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled services. No-shows may be subject to the full service fee.
Running Late
Life happens! If you’re running behind for your appointment, please call or text us at (520) 822-6029.
Respecting everyone’s time helps us keep the day running smoothly. Depending on how late you are and the type of service scheduled, we’ll do our best to adjust—but in some cases, we may need to modify or reschedule your appointment to stay on track.
Sick Policy
If you’re experiencing any symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to protect the health of our team and guests.
Cancellations due to sickness made within the 48-hour window will incur a 25% sick-cancellation fee (instead of the standard 50% late-cancellation fee).
Please contact us at (520) 822-6029 as soon as possible if you’re feeling unwell so we can adjust your appointment and accommodate you safely.
Guests & Children
To maintain a calm, professional environment for all, we kindly ask that guests attend their appointments solo.
While we love little ones, we do not offer services for children under 17 and cannot accommodate additional guests during your appointment.
