Our salon is appointment-only, which means no walk-ins. If you don’t have a client booked, you’re not required to be in the salon, giving you flexibility to manage your time.
Yes. Education is a top priority at Willow. We offer weekly in-house training, guest educators, and travel opportunities to ensure our team stays at the cutting edge of industry trends.
It’s self-paced. When both the stylist and the salon feel ready, the transition happens. No rush—just support to ensure success.
