Willow Salon was voted Tucson's best salon 2021, and 2023, while also being runner up in 2022 and 2024. Willow was founded in 2018 by Emily Buckley after she left school at the U of A to pursue her true passion. After attending the Aveda Institute, Em began her hair career in a local Tucson salon. Shortly after that, at just 21-years-old, Em took a leap of faith and started her own business. 
 
For the first year, Willow Salon was a one-room, two-chair salon in Sola Salon Suites. Since then, and more than 14,000 clients later, Willow Salon has expanded to a full service beauty salon in downtown Tucson.
